MEET THE FAMILY
AAA Sweetwater Drilling and Pump Service has been owned and operated by Mark and Robin Pitts since 1992. They have raised their 3 daughters in the family business and passed down the hard working values that were instilled in them from their own parents that were Bonner County Natives. They take pride in being a multi-generational family in the area.

MARK PITTS
Mark has been working on a drill rig since age 12. His father found it important to teach him the value of a good work ethic at a young age. Mark has taken the generational knowledge and built it into a company
that now employs himself,
his wife, and their children and spouses.
ROBIN
FOURNIER-PITTS
Robin is the office manager
for the company. Mark and Robin have been married for 30 years and have raised three beautiful daughters together. Their motto has always been to be partners in business and in life.
ELIZABETH PETERS
Elizabeth, their oldest daughter, spent many days helping out on the rig while growing up. Brian and Elizabeth were married in 2011 and live just outside of Sandpoint on their small farm with their daughter Hazel.
SAMMY PITTS
Sammy has worked for the company since age 9,
insisting on going to work
with her dad and the crew. She now works for a local
non-profit and part-time
for the family business.
SAVANNAH PITTS
After growing up helping in the family business, the youngest daughter Savannah is currently apprenticing under Mark while pursuing her journeyman card. She hopes to follow in her dad's footsteps and become the company's lead pump installer and service tech.
BRIAN PETERS
Brian Peters has been working for the family business since 2014. He is the company's lead well driller, and head diesel mechanic.
KIX KAMP
Kix, a wonderful addition to the team, works for the company as Brian's drilling apprentice and is an all around hard worker.
ALEX LANTZ
Alex, our most recent addition to the team, is an apprentice under Mark working towards his journeyman card in pump system installations.
CHIP
The family Labrador Retriever enjoys riding along
in the pickup to look
at potential job sites.
